Data Reviewer Toolbar in ArcMAP 10.1 is greyed out?

Greetings,

I am loading a personal Geo-database into ArcMAP 10.1 and I need to run some QA/QC tools/checks using the Data Reviewer. However when adding the DataReviewer toolbar it appeared disabled and after many tries it is still grayed out.  I have the needed license installed.

What I shall do tom make this running?

On the Extensions dialog, did you check on the Data Reviewer extension?
