ArcGIS Pro Attribute rules: Validation - Query Attributes

Hello, im using ArcGIS Pro version 3.1.0. So i have a problem with making Validation rule - Query attributes. I did made the SQL expression which turned to be valid (checked even through Select by attributes and it worked properly), but still after saving the rule, it returned check as red, so as an error. Any suggestions what i can do to make it work? Ive put a picture with situation.

Sadly you have to watch carefully - you had error with name which exceeded 64 characters
