how to install data reviewer for ArcGIS Pro

Is there an installer for Data Reviewer for ArcGIS Pro 3.1? Nothing is listed in the download center for this extension.

@RichardDaniels There is no separate installer for Data Reviewer extension in ArcGIS Pro. A Data Reviewer license is required to activate Data Validation toolset and functionality.

But I have the license enabled but i dont see the Attribute check in the Data design
