Problem importing OSM into ArcGIS with DataInteroperability Extension

Hi, I am trying to import an .osm file into ArcMap 9.2 using the data interoperability extension. I have done so successfully in the past, but for some reason ArcCatalogue won't recognise the .osm file to import it or create a database from it. Any tips or help would be appreciated, thanks!

Hi, it will be hard to troubleshoot this as ArcMap 9.2 is no longer supported, please install ArcGIS Pro.
