Translate default labels and buttons to French?

Is it possible to override the default labels associated with the "Select All", "Reset" and "Search" features for category selectors? Similarly, I have a Pie Chart that groups categories less than 3% together into the "Other" category but can't find a way to rename the "Other" label in my chart.  I'm creating French alternatives of a few dashboards and would like to translate all occurrences of English. Appreciate any pointers!

Response below from Esri Canada support worked great!

• add the following URL parameter to your Dashboard : #locale=fr-fr. 
• https://<yourURL>/apps/dashboards/4f539791b2f1418cb5403891f1a7be50#locale=fr-ch

By adding the URL parameter, the text for the search will reflect the language chosen.
