Hi - We published a dashboard publicly and are receiving a prompt for a login when we search for a parcel.

All features, tables, maps and apps are shared publicly. This seems to be a common issue and have gone through many of the threads out there. Is there anyone that can help us please?

Turned out to be a scene needed to be made public. Only way we found it was to have an IT person use the web browser debugging component to find the item id it was failing on.
If it complies with your organisations' security policies/procedures, the Security Setting within the Organization tab could be changed to Allow anonymous access.
