Is there a way to backup the Dashboards

Hi All,

I'm wondering if there is a way to take a backup for the dashboards or download the layout so we could restore it?

we are going to change our deployment of ArcGIS Enterprise and we will restore the features and services manually and one of the services is a dashboard where we kept so many efforts to build.

There is this option, but I am not sure you can choose what to back up:
