Hello all,
I have created a dashboard to monitor the citizen complaints of our community. What I would like to be able to do is calculate the average number of days from the time a complaint was submitted from the current day. This will then eventually extend into the average number of days between submission and completion. I'm positive this can be done somehow, but I am unsure of the how and where. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
