Count Based on Unique ID on Operations Dashboard

Hello. I'm trying to see if I can use the 'Indicator' on Operations Dashboard to count the number of cases based on the unique case number when they have multiple records in the layer.  For example below, I'd like the count to be 5 based on the unique JPR_NUMBER, not the number of row/record in the attribute table.
