Audio Alert for Dashboard Indicator Status Change

I have a need to add an audio alert to a conditionally formatted indicator icon when it changes but so far I don't see any possible way to do this via the dashboard tools. Is anyone aware of a way to add sounds to help in status change notification?

This is not possible in Operations Dashboard, but a good enhancement request. Please post your enhancement on the ArcGIS Ideas site for Operations Dashboard, so we can assess interest in the user community.

I did put in an enhancement request here but as of now, it hasn't really gotten much traction.
