Select All for Operations Dashboard Filters

Please add functionality to "select all" anytime you add a filter in a widget.

For example; when adding an action to a widget the filter drop down menu called "Add Target" doesn't allow you to select all. Currently when you select a target the drop down menu closes and you must click "Add Target" again to select the next one. It's incredibly time consuming when you have over 50 widgets on your Dashboard. The same idea applies to when you are filtering on the data tab by "Include" or "Does Not Include."

The actions configuration Ux has been updated since this request was made. It is now much easier to select multiple targets. There is no 'select all' option, and if that is still required please submit a separate request.
