Hello Everyone,
Since this morning we are experiencing issues with our ArcGIS for Power Automate backend container which is causing connections to timeout and unable to load the feature layers in the organization throwing `The Dynamic invocation request failed error`. We are currently investigating the the cause and trying to get it fixed as soon as possible. We apologize for inconvenience and disruption.
Solved! Go to Solution.
The connectors are now up and running. Please let us know if you experience any odd behavior. It is possible that your connections need to be reauthenticate. Again, we apologies for the inconvenience and disruption.
Ill be honest. I didn't even know these forms existed... so at least one good thing came out of this outage!
I anxiously look forward to the resolution.

Hello Akshay,
We are still having issues with our connectors. We are getting this error message. Any thoughts on this?
Could not retrieve values. The dynamic invocation request failed with error: { "error": { "code": 400, "source": "power-apis-usgov001-public.azure-apihub.us", "clientRequestId": "<request_id>", "message": "The response is not in a JSON format.", "innerError": "Fetching data from <arcgis_enterprise_url> failed. This is usually caused by an invalid authentication token that has expired. Please reauthenticate to continue.\n Error message: undefined request to <request_url> failed, reason: unable to get local issuer certificateIf the error persists, please check ArcGIS Enterprise Client ID and App Secret provided" } }.
Thanks
Dan Senner
Have you tried re-authenticating? These Esri connectors timeout every 2 weeks and need to be updated or they stop working. You can re-authenticate by going to "Connectors" > clicking the ellipses (...) by the Esri connector > "Switch user" > log in like normal.
Or it could be a "transient issue", which these connectors seem to have a lot of. Reloading the page may help. Or if you simply have too many Portal items, adding the specific FL (Feature Layer) to your favourites and subsequently using that option in the Power Automate connector can have better results.
Thank you for the response we have essentially tried everything you laid out. From connectors reauthenticating says that it worked. But when we go to the flow it fails, it also fails to reauthenticate from the flow itself.

@DanSenner , @abureaux Thanks for your comments. We were experiencing slow responses from ArcGIS Connectors but didn't see failures, this was since 1.5 hours ago, we are investigating the if there are any issues to the load and containers. Appreciate everyone's prompt feedback!
I just opened a case for this. Specifically, the S123 Website is timing out... again. This is similar to an issue I saw just earlier this month, making this the 3rd or 4th major outage within a month...
In my case, I am seeing about 50% of my reports get processed. The other 50% are timing out due to no response from the S123 Website.
My connectors are still working though.
I am not sure about the S123 outages. (do you mean the ArcGIS actions?). Some of my recurring flows are taking 4-6 tries and 10+ minutes but are succeeding.
