Hello! I have a case where they are working with Portal 11.3 and have created a custom connector. They've set up a webhook that uploads a Survey123 report to sharepoint after a survey submission. It works well, but only when the user is logged into Power Automate. Is this expected behavior? Note that they are using the .gov version of Make's power automate, and I'm unsure if that is fully integrated for use with the Enterprise custom connector?
I did find the following reference in a previous post "There have been talks about implementing the Enterprise Connectors in Power Automate for the .gov version of Make, but the timeline for getting ArcGIS Enterprise connector in US Government (GCC High) and US Department of Defense (DoD) is not determined yet."
Although the out-of-the-box Enterprise Connectors aren't implemented yet for the .gov version, I wonder if you can you confirm whether or not the custom connector should be expected to work with that version?
