I would like to collect 700,000 points related data and we are thinking of using collector, and I have the following questions:
-Can arcgis online hosted feature layer be able to handle such a number of features
-How many people can be collecting data at the same time (we are thing of having 250 people)
-Which licensing of Arcgis online will I need to have since each data collector will need an account
-How can I download the data so that each entered record can show its related photo attachment in Arcgis Desktop
-What is the maximum storage size provided for in Arcgis online features layer
