login name and pw won't work for Collector app

Hey guys,

I can log into the esri website with my login/pw like normal but I can't with the Collector for ArcGIS app. Any suggestions? Does the app require a separate login/pw?

Your account needs to be under an arcgis.com organization subscription and not a public/free account.

Thanks for the response, Russ. Are you saying that I'd need an ArcGIS Online subscription to use ArcCollector?

Yup so what you will need have is an account that is either covered under an ArcGIS Online subscription or Portal for ArcGIS.
