I created a basemap in ArcMap and then uploaded the map to our organization's account as a hosted feature layer. For capabilities I made sure I checked Sync so the map would be synced (little cloud in lower right hand corner) with all mobile devices across the Organization. However, when I go to add the hosted feature layer to the Organization web map as a layer, the web map is not showing up as synced on our mobile devices. But when I create another webmap out of just the hosted feature layer, it does show up as synced. Can anybody give me any help on how to solve this problem
