Field Added on ArcGIS Online Does not Appear on Collector

Hello, 

I have added a field to feature layer hosted on arcgis online using the agol add field button. This field does not appear on collector despite setting it to be editable. 

is this a known bug?

Did you check the map's pop-up display settings?  You may need to check the display and edit boxes as this may not be automatic when adding a new field.

And the box for visible is also checked?

And the Collector map was refreshed?

Puzzling.  And the map works as expected on AGOL?  Is the field name unusual, a reserved SQL word or something?

Yes it works in AGOL. The field name is License so I don't think that should mess it up.

I know this is an old post but I am experiencing something similar. I see the field when I click on the point but when I hit edit, the field disappears. It's set to edit in the pop-up. It works in the Collector Classic app but not in the new Collector for ArcGIS.
