feature is outside your work area

I am receiving an error that says,

"Location Warning

Feature is outside your work area."

I am in Collector and this comes up each time I try to edit a feature.  I have made sure all iPad software is up to date and location services is turned on.

I am wondering if I need to go to the online ArcGIS site and make some changes to the map.  I haven't changed anything so I am not sure why this has happened.

Any help is appreciated.

When you take your map offline, you will choose your work area. Once the work area is determined and downloaded, you can NOT edit features outside the work area.
