Collector - taking Topographic offline

Hello

We have a map currently enabled to be taken offline, however the following errors are being returned:

iPad:
Map Download Failed
Unable to download the map.
Then in the details all it says is "Job Failed".

Android:
The Map Failed to download.
The TPK download failed.

It appears that the Topographic basemap is causing the issue, when the basemap is swapped, there are no issues.

Anyone else experienced problems with Topo or could I be missing something?

I was just able to take a map offline that used the topo map as the basemap. Granted it was a very small sample but it worked fine
