Hi,
I have 2 ipads in the field at the moment. both are using the latest version of Collector. I have set up 2 offline map areas for them to download so that they can go offline in the field.
when they hit the download button for the MapAreas, it starts downloading then cuts out half way through and the button reverts back to the cloud/arrow symbol.
Has anyone had this issue and fixed it?
PS. they are sitting in an office with strong wifi signal trying to download the mapareas.
