collector for arcgis new symbology not rendering all of the sudden

We have been using the new collector for arcgis for our water maintenance, but all of the sudden the water valves are not rendering in collector.

Latest IOS and android version available are doing the same thing.

It seems to be only symbols that use unique values not location only.  Using feature services or map service does not matter.  Renders fine in ArcGIS online, and no errors are being returned by collector or ArcGIS server.

Below the red valve symbols render fine, but all the blue valves (High Side Valves) do not.  Same feature class only difference is the red (Left Hand Open Valves) valve symbology is not based on a unique value.
