Hi folks, I've created a map on ArcGIS Online for one of my field agents to use when out on site. He wants to assess and record damage locations and needs to be able to create point features when on site.
The data capture functionality works fine on iOS and android, however, when using a windows phone (Nokia) once he's created a point and entered in and saved attribute data, he is then unable to interrogate this data. On iOS or android, if you tap on a previously created point, a pop up window will display with any data you've entered about that point, however with the windows phone, when he taps on the point a pin appears on the map.
Has anyone else experienced a similar issue?
