Think this is to be done in ArcMap and is a basic thing but I am not sure.
When I use esri basemaps, it's fine but when I use my organizational basemaps, it zooms beyond and straight lines appear zigzagged ( see attachment, effects of stretching out an image too much).
Is there a way I can set the zoom level?
