How do I access the attachments (photo taken in the field) to download and save on PC? Where are they stored? in the cloud? I can see them when I click on the jpg attachment collected. And get a url when I click but how do I download the photos?

While collecting you can tap the attachment and select rename from the menu.

If you use the ArcGIS onlline mapviewer on your PC, you could "save the link as..." from the popup to download it.

I don’t’ see where “Save link as” is located. I opened the map in Map Viewer

Ok. Its Save target As…..

Is there any way while taking a photo in the field to change the default name? They are all Photo1.jpg

After all our data is collected in the field and we want to download the information (and the attachment photo) does the attachment get downloaded with the shape file or Excel spreadsheet format so we can use it next time we go to the field? Is an attachment only a one-time thing and we have to take a picture every time we go to the field? I see in my downloads there is no field in the spreadsheet or shape file that is a link to the attachment. I am assuming that the attachment is stored in the cloud. How long is it stored there and what are our space limitations with our license and account?

The attachment is stored with the collected feature.   If you want a local or file based version of the data with attachments,  Using ArcGIS Pro, you could select all features in the layer and use 'Export Features' to create a file geodatabase containing all of the features and attachments. Basically, a file based copy of the feature service.

The attachments are stored in the geodatabase with the features.

There is no limit to the amount of storage an organization can have, and the content will remain for as long as your organization wants it to.  Here is a link with more information  Frequently asked questions—ArcGIS Online Help | ArcGIS

Mark,

I don’t see the attachments with the feature in the geodatabase. Only the points.

Highlighted answer below….

There is no field in the attribute table that indicated there is an attachment anywhere.

Nothing in the identify information in the project map.

I am not sure...  when I Export the Feature the result contains the attachment.

This support article also has instructions for another way.
