Android Collector Logs

I'm trying to download an offline area to Collector (v20.2.2) on a Samsung Tab S6 tablet.  The same offline area will successfully download on an iPhone, but fails on the tablet.  I've tried enabling Developer Options in Collector on the tablet but there is only a "placeholder" and no actual logs.  Is there somewhere that any type of log file gets created/stored on the tablet itself? I'm looking around in Windows Explorer when I connect it to my laptop but haven't found anything.  If that's not possible, how else can I troubleshoot why it is failing?

Yo tengo el mismo problema y me ocurre exactamente lo mismo. Veo algunas publicaciones donde hablan del que ahí debe haber una opción para habilitar el log pero solo veo la opción "Placeholder"I have the same problem and exactly the same thing happens to me. I see some publications where they talk about that there should be an option to enable the log but I only see the "Placeholder" option
