KML generated by CityEngine has Model tag not recognized by Postgis

I have exported  my developed model from cityEngine as KMZ and further saved it as kml , it has tag like model and href due to which it is not  importing to PostGIS Is there any technique to import the KML file in PostGIS

I don't know PostGIS..

I assume you don't have ArcGIS, so:
Does the file import in e.g. Google Earth ?
