How to add the web camera like the Portland webscene

The webscene example Portland have a new section---web camera.I wonder how to achieve it.

Select the object in CityEngine and add a new attribute. Copy and paste following into the value field: <iframe height="405" width= "600" src="http://abc.com/def/ghi.xyz" ></iframe>

thanks,it works.I have come across another problem.Can i manager the imported objs in one layer or mdb.The objs i imported have be divided into many ayers.

I come across a problem.I add a flash,but it didn't display correctly like it was sheltered by something.I add a scrolling,but it didn't work.
