Get Map Data Shows White Screen (No Map)

I'm signed in with ArcGIS. 
I've changed and reset my coordinate system numerous times. 
I've opened previous scenes that I used map data from. 

I've made new projects. 

Everything is whited or grayed out. There is no map for me to Set an Extent within. 

 

I'm on version 2020.0

I have this issue as well working in 2019.1! I've tried the same and everything seems ok up until it's time to search for area and select extent.

Hi thanks for reporting this.

We are looking into the issue. I suggest to version 2020.1 or higher as a workaround for now.

Hi again,

We did look into this and unfortunately, the way we used to query the map servers in the Get Map Dialog using CityEngine versions older than 2020.1 is not supported anymore.

Terrain/areal imagery and osm data can still be added manually, but usage of the Get Map Data dialog needs an update to a more recent version.
