CityEngine Vue 2011 Activation Error

Hi,

     I just purchased CityEngine Vue 2011 from Cornucopia3D and they sent me a serial number. However when I enter it in the City Engine Setup License screen it comes back with the message "invalid activation code" please can you tell me how I can activate this program. Thanks

I have a similar issue, re-installing CityEngine Vue after upgrading my OS I get a Connection timeout message when trying to get a License from the server. Help please.
