CityEngine Freeway Markings + Signs

Hi everyone,

I stumbled upon this image from CE2010 on the internet and was wondering if anyone knows if this is from an existing rule or example project? I'm specifically interested in the freeway signs and finding outhow those markings at the road merge points were set up (for something from 2010).
