Hello @Heather_Fay! You can do this with ArcGIS Business Analyst Pro 3.1. Please review this blog article that walks through the entire process. It includes video demonstrations as well.

Can I use this same process to bring in custom reports from Desktop into Pro?

Hi again @Heather_Fay the good news is, we'll have support for importing custom reports from Business Analyst ArcMap/Desktop into Business Analyst Pro at the upcoming Pro 3.2 release. You will be able to convert your ArcMap custom data (BDS format) into a Pro (SDCX format) then use a tool to connect that data to your ArcMap custom report. This will allow the ability to read, edit, and run your ArcMap "classic" style reports.

This is part of a larger development effort in 3.2 to support infographic and classic report editing in Pro (with no internet connection). This will hopefully remove some final barriers for organizations looking to migrate their Business Analyst workflows from ArcMap to ArcGIS Pro.
