BA widget won't use selected features on map to produce infographics

I have an experience builder app that has polygon feature layers in the map. I want to use the BA widget to produce infographics for selected features on the map. I have the 'Record selection changes' action for the Business Analyst widget (select feature) configured in the Map widget's Action tab. When I test the live view, I'm able select a polygon feature on the map and it shows up in the BA widget's panel. However when I click run infographic, it doesn't load. It's weird though, because if I click on the draw a point icon or draw a polygon icon and use that as the location, the infographics run fine! Why won't my selected features work?

Hello @SavannahMarti,

It looks like your polygon feature layer is not in web Mercator (102100) projection, which we currently support in the BA widget. I recommend publishing your layer with this projection if you plan to use it in Experience Builder for now. We have plans to improve this for the future release, so stay tuned.

I republished the layer with web Mercator (102100) projection. I'm still getting the same behavior.

We should be able to diagnose this if you can share the link to the web map that contains the sample feature layer here.

Just for comparison, can you try adding this sample web map to your widget and see if it works for you?

The sample web map did work for me! I have republished all the polygon layers in my web map to web mercator and saved as a new web map. I'm still having the same behavior. Here is the Web Map ID: 6d559d60702a48f19270841476a431ed. Would you mind taking a look to see where I'm going wrong?

Can you also share the layer publicly? I can open the web map but the features are not loading.

I figured it out! I thought I had republished the layers with the correct coordinate system. I did project them to Web mercator, but did not change my map frame in Pro to web mercator. Ooops! Simple mistake that I've now fixed. I've republished and that corrected the issue. The infographics are now working. Thank you Fasil!

Now I have another question. Is there a way to make certain layers unselectable for the Near Me widget but not the BA widget? I want my customer to be able to produce an infographic for a selected polygon, but some of the polygons are too large of an analysis area for the Near me widget and the app times out.
