Can't sign in to AppStudio

Hi,

It seems that I can't sign in to AppStudio for some reasons. I enter user credentials -> click sign in-> loader icon in top right corner constantly spinning and nothing else happens. Can you help me with this?

I tried to reinstall AppStudio, but that didn't help. Using 4.3.193 version.

I believe the reason for this could be that user which I'm using to sign in have expired AppStudio Creator license. When I close AppStudio and try login with another user, I login successfully.

But I would expect AppStudio would throw some kind of error instead of constantly spinning without any message or whatsoever. I would count this behaviour as a bug.

Moreover, I can't reenter new credentials without closing and opening AppStudio again.

I am sorry you are experiencing this issue, but any ArcGIS user should be able to login to AppStudio, but then if you don't have an appropriate license, it would tell you after the login is successful. 

This should not happen, I sometimes see this whenever I have a network issue in my local machine. 

So you also can not log out after log in?
