We have a specific demand where we need offline maps that can be queried using python. In short we need a stand alone arcGIS server that works like the online one, and the offline server can be queried using python APIs.
This server should allow global maps, and not be limited to specific areas. How can this be done?
NB: We are working in a linux environment
