I am searching for an automatic way to construct semivariograms in ArcGIS for a lot of days. However, it seems very hard to achieve.
I have multiple shapefiles and want to build semivariograms for them (if manually, via Geostatistic Wizard) individually. And I am pretty sure the semivariograms are going to be different from each other, so I need to compare the different model types (i.e., spherical, exponential, gaussian,etc.) along with their corresponding crossvalidation results for each shapefile.
I am wondering if it is can be done automatically via python script.
I appreciate if anyone can give me some hints of it.
