We are making a Disaster Analysis application which is a combination of social media data and satellite data. We are using ArcGIS Python API for satellite data and plotting.
However, real-time updates about a disaster at a particular location could not be found at a single place.
I came across this Disaster Response Program from ESRI where all the disasters are shown on a single map. Are there any APIs from ArcGIS that can be used to get these disaster updates?
Additionally, is there an imagery layer or web available that can be integrated to our layer that we create on ArcGIS Python API?
