Publishing large scene layers from S3 failed

We further do some testing and found that if the bucket is in ap-east-1, the publish process will fail.

Hi,

We were not able to reproduce this in-house. I'd recommend creating a technical support case so an analyst can do a deeper investigation to determine the cause of the failure.
