I have a composite address locator published as a service to ArcGIS portal. This composite locator is made of several locators with suggestions enabled. Recently, the address locator began adding 0 or 0,0 at the end of suggestions, like so: When I run this through the rest endpoint, Find Address Candidates doesn't produce this result, it produces the correct address without the 0's. However when I run Suggest, it does give the result with the 0's, so the 0's are a product of the suggest functionality, not the actual locator. The locator also doesn't do this when I use it in ArcMap. The two problem locators within the composite appear to be those associated with our streets and parcels layers. Those locators will add the 0's in any composite locator they're put in. I built new locators that were identical to the originals in every way, put them in an identical composite locator, and that one gives the proper results without the 0's. The only thing that I could think might be causing this is that the original locators were recently rebuilt. However that should not have changed any of the properties, and I can't find a property that would explain the 0's. It appears to be looking for additional fields, probably city and zip. Does anyone know what might be causing this and how to fix it? I was able to just recreate the whole thing and that worked but we want to rebuild these locators on a regular basis and don't want to have to recreate everything every time. Thanks so much.

I have a few address locators that originally used data from a file geodatabase. I would like to repoint these locators to the same layers in an enterprise geodatabase instead. Additionally, as these layers are sometimes edited, I would like to create a script to automatically rebuild the locators to reflect the changes. I was able to manually repoint the locator data sources to the enterprise geodatabase. However, every time I attempt to rebuild, I get the error "The address locator needs to be repaired in order to be rebuilt. Do you want to proceed with repair?" When I say ok, it opens the locator's properties with a red X next to the data source (which is in the format Database Connections\MyDatabase.sde\fileName). I will manually repoint it to that exact same data source. It will be fine with that, allow the rebuild, and the updated features will appear in the locator. However, the next time I try to rebuild, same issue. If I try to use the Rebuild Address Locator tool in ArcMap, it says Error 000005: Could not open the address locator. Then if I try to rebuild or open the address locator, it will say that it can't open the address locator because it was made in ArcMap 9.2 or earlier (it wasn't, it was made in 10.3). This appears to permanently break it and all I can do is delete it and recreate it. This happens even when I stop the services that use the locator and make sure all relevant files are closed. I am able to successfully rebuild the address locators manually, and it will work, though afterward it will tell me that it's broken. However, I'd like to be able to automate this process so that the locators will be rebuilt whenever the source data is updated. Everything works fine when using the data from the file geodabase but the problems start when I switch to the enterprise geodatabase. The address locators are located on the C drive of the server where the geocoding services are published. The file geodatabase is also on the C drive in the same folder (but the locators aren't in the geodatabase). The enterprise database is in the Database Connections on the same server. Do I need to move data around or use different file paths? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Through our ArcGIS Portal, we have a webmap with several hundred map service layers, each of which has a popup. We have now created a new Portal and want to recreate that same webmap with data from a new server, but we want the same popups. Is there a way to somehow copy the contents of the popups from the old Portal to the new one without just copying and pasting each individual popup? Is there a file somewhere on the server where all the popup information for each webmap layer is stored? I know you can use ArcGIS Online Assistant to copy map layers, but the layers will still point to the old Portal and the old server, we need to recreate everything from scratch with a new server and new Portal.

I have a model in ArcGIS Desktop that does several Data Reviewer checks. I would like to schedule this model to run weekly using SQL Server. I have exported the model to a python script. It can run successfully from the command line using the ArcGIS python interpreter, like this: c:\python27\arcgis10.6\Python "C:\Scripts\DataReviewer\Scripts\DataReviewerWeeklyChecks.py". When I set up the exact same thing as the only step in a job in SQL Server Agent, however, the step fails with with the message "Executed as user [user]. The step failed." However, it only fails after it appears all the checks have been run, and running data reviewer checks (arcpy.ExecuteReviewerBatchJob_Reviewer) is all the tool does. Furthermore, the DataReviewer output tables (REVCHECKRUNTABLE, RUNBATCHRUNTABLE, REVTABLEMAIN) show that all of the checks are being run successfully (Status = 0), and it's able to find all the same errors it finds when it runs in Desktop. It also takes the same amount of time to run the SQL job as to successfully run the model in Desktop, and only fails at the very end. I have tried using "try" and "except" statements in the Python but the "except" isn't triggered because they Python script isn't registering any errors. The job works fine if I comment out all the Data Reviewer steps and just have it print some text. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to deal with this? Is there some configuration issue with the SQL server and/or the geodatabase? The Data Reviewer workspace is in a 10.5.1 geodatabase which was recently created. Everything works fine every other way the model is run, including from Desktop, from the command line, from the Python interpreter, and even from Windows Task Scheduler, but we'd really like to use SQL Server if possible. Edited: I did some additional investigating and using the Windows command line was able to get the error "process exited due to timeout escalation". This happens when the script is done running the Data Reviewer job no matter how long the job takes, even when it's doing a very quick check. What can I do to fix this?
