Having a similar issue in ArcGIS Enterprise. Trying to make a dashboard and I'm trying to filter the widget on a field that has a domain, but some of the data in the field was typed free hand. Can you publish feature services when editor tracking is in Database Time? I believe it used to throw an error and wouldn't let you. Apologize if I'm being dense, I just want to make sure I'm doing this correctly... if all of our editor tracking fields are in UTC, but we also have various other Date/Time fields in the data (which don't specify time zone when you create them but  all data was entered on devices in Massachusetts), should we set the time zone when we publish to be UTC or EST? There is also now a preferred time zone setting in services so I assume that should that be EST. If I set the service time zone to UTC and the preferred time zone to EST will the regular date/time fields and the editor tracking both display the correct time in EST in the services? ... View more

We are just a small town, and all of our data is in the same time zone, so we have no need to have other times anywhere in our workflows. We utilize services for our Portal and apps, but also work with the enterprise GDB data directly in ArcGIS Pro. I believe everyone assumes it is in local time because why would they assume otherwise. Esri's recommendation has always been to create fields using UTC and that is what all of our date/time fields and editor tracking is in. I'm trying to figure out if there is a best practice here to display all the times in local time in Portal and in ArcGIS Pro. If the editor tracking fields are in UTC, should our services have the time zone be set to EST? Or should the new "preferred time zone" be of EST with the service time zone set to UTC? Is there a way to set the time-zone for the layers in the database so that my users don't have to worry about it? ... View more

I think you said it yourself. This is supposed to be a better/easier way to allow focused editing... so it should be available to those who would need an easier and better focused editing tool, which would be editors without access to Pro such as Mobile Workers and especially Contributors since the whole point of that license level is to edit in the office. If this is only for use by those who already have access to Pro, I guess I don't understand what the point of it is. ... View more

Currently, my workaround is creating a new layer using the Feature Outline Masks tool and then publishing that to AGOL with the rest of my data. It sort of creates a polygon for each letter in the annotation layer, which I just symbolize as solid black. It definitely isn't perfect but at least it is something for now until they add this functionality. ... View more

Same thing is happening to me. When users click on the button to open an app from a gallery card, and then want to go back to the site, clicking back doesn't work properly. For me in Edge, it opens the empty new tab window. ... View more

Having a similar issue where a layer that was working as a Public Notification address layer for years and all of a sudden it shows the "No layers with addresses templates popups have been configured" error with nothing having changed that I can think of. ... View more

Thank you for the workaround, I tried using a file GDB feature class as a template to import into an enterprise GDB and it defaulted Double fields to 38/8 which will at least be able to accommodate my longer values. ... View more

This is absolutely insane that you can't change the settings of all the fields when you create a new feature class or table. I'm constantly baffled and disappointed with ArcGIS Pro. The only tool I can find that even acknowledges scale/precision exists is the Add Field tool. Alter Field and Add Fields (plural) don't let you pick scale or precision, importing a full feature class changes them from whatever they were to 7/1, using Create Feature Class wizard and importing fields defaults to 7/1, using Create Feature Class wizard and adding a double field from scratch defaults to 7/1. I have 20 fields I need to import and I'm going to have to create the feature class and then use the Add Field tool 20 times which is ridiculous when I could have just imported the fields in ArcMap in 5 seconds. ... It shows the basemaps in the order you choose in the AGOL map viewer, but not in any apps that you create which makes no sense. The Basemap widget in Experience Builder, etc. should have similar options for sorting when synching with the organization basemap gallery. ... View more
