I just installed ArcGIS Monitor 2025.1.1 and I have a couple of complaints and hopefully let others know. 1) When I go to My.esri.com to download the software, the Agent is labeled 2025.1.1 "ArcGIS Monitor Agent (Windows) 2025.1.1" but the ArcGIS Server exe's do not "ArcGIS Monitor Server (Windows)"   2) Then when I installed the ArcGIS Monitor Server,and go to Administration, Licensing.  The license just says "25.0" They make it a big deal in the documentation that the server and the agent need to match, but as far as I can tell there is no way to see what version of Monitor you are using. When I put in a support ticket.  the response I got was " I can confirm that ArcGIS Monitor displaying the license version as 2025.0 is expected behavior. Your environment is working fine and you can be rest assured that the update is not in jeopardy." The Avg_Instance used metric seems to be pretty low, rarely over 1, even though in Sever Manger I will often see the Instances used jump up to 8 instances are more.  The Instance saturation is well over 50%. I am assuming the actual time it is in use is very small, hence the small average. So what would be a good way of judging what these numbers mean?   I would think some number range that corresponded closer to the Instance in Use data shown in Server Manager would be more useful for tuning and setting the Min and max Instances on a service.  Is there a different metric for it? (Max Instances in Use??) I have been noticing occasional alerts on Instance Saturation for some services with Shared Instance pooling. It is not every service that is using the Shared pooling method.   The critical level is 100%.  Is this trying to tell me something different than the Services with a dedicate Instance pooling?   ... I recently upgraded from 2024.1.1 to 2025.0.1. It would not connect to the database.  After several retries I found out the upgrade was updating some Integer to BIGINT datatypes.  I understand it may be hard to estimate the actual time, but it seems like you could check the count of records it was going to update and at least display a message if it is anticipated to take a long time. Also I found no mention of this in the installation instructions, just a heads up would be nice or some indication it was actually doing something.   ... View more

I would like to use a Rest Query for a specific date/time range. and see the Graph. In the GUI if I pick a start and end date the Rest Query has this, since I am in Central time (-5)  it has 5:00:00.000Z overview?dateFilter=2024-08-30T05:00:00.000Z,2024-08-31T04:59:59.999Z When i try to change this, overview?dateFilter=2024-08-30T15:00:00.000Z,2024-08-31T18:04:59:59.999Z it does not seem to work.  And it just returns to the Overview page with the default Last 2 hrs option. https://xyzx.xy.biz:30443/arcgis/monitor/monitoring/components/49529571/overview?dateFilter=2024-08-30T15:00:00.000Z,2024-08-31T18:04:59:59.999Z   ...
