Hi.  We have an ArcGIS Server map service with feature access enabled.  The service was published through ArcGIS Pro and metadata was added using the map metadata viewer prior to publishing.  The metadata appears in the service description through manager, the rest end point, and the Portal (we use that too) item details for both the map service and feature service.   We use ArcGIS Pro (2.9.2) to view the map service and feature service.  However, when viewing the metadata (after adding the service to a map), the metadata is empty for the feature service.  It is complete for the map service.   Is there something we are missing when adding metadata to the service? Hi.  I'm looking for ideas...  We are looking at using Workforce to manage roadside pickup activities (debris, trash bags, animals).  The only function missing is the ability for pickup teams to report and log a pickup when they are in the field.  For example, a pickup team may be enroute to pickup a downed tree and notice a bunch of branches in the right of way they can throw in the truck.  I have read ideas about using another mobile app (Survey123/QuickCapture) to create an assignment, which could work, but I can't figure out how to allow the app to assign the pickup to a mobile worker so they can then process the pickup (provide status and notes) while they are there.  Anyone have any ideas? Hi.  I'm working on updating our AGOL home page using the new editor and I could use some help with a couple of issues: 1. When setting the logo and title to sit above or below the cover image, the change doesn't save and removes my logo and title from the header. The other positions within the image are fine.  Any idea what is going on? For example, here is what the banner looks like in the editor: Here is what it looks like in "preview and switch" 2. Setting the "Overlay opacity" to zero using the slider does not completely remove the overlay.  It still makes our image slightly dark.  Is there a way to remove the opacity completely? Hi.  We are looking into using our on-prem portal as a backup repository for some AGOL content.  While testing, we're running into an issue I'm unsure how to resolve. When syncing hosted feature layers from AGOL to Portal that are larger than about 1 GB, the sync says it is successful, but the hosted feature layer does not exist in Portal.  It seems anything less than 1 GB in size works as expected. I have been unable to find any error messages.  We've looked through server manager and the portal administrative directory.  Does anyone have any ideas?  What might be going on?  Where error messages may be located?  I'd appreciate any assistance. Hi.  We are migrating feature layers from AGOL to our Portal servers and the process sometimes requires that we publish data new (the clone_items fails).  However, the feature layers hosted in AGOL contain visualization customization.   And some feature layers have views that also have visualization customization.  We've been using the ago-assist tool to migrate configuration (e.g. copy-paste json into new portal items).  However, we've noticed that not all of the visualization configuration for views and feature layers is available through that tool. So, I'm wondering if anyone knows of a way to copy the full visualization configuration from one item to another.  A manual process is fine.  And I'm sure it can be scripted and would appreciate a ready-made script to get us started. Hi.  We have 10.5.1 ArcGIS Server and a 10.7.1 enterprise database.  In reviewing documentation related to version compatibility, I concluded, hopefully correctly, that 10.5.1 and 10.7.1 can mix in some cases though 10.7.1-specific capabilities may not be available in 10.5.1 products. So, we've deployed several map services on the 10.5.1 servers pointing to 10.7.1 enterprise database without, it appears, any issues.  However, I wanted to ask the community if there is anything that we should be aware of.  Or better, obtain confirmation that this setup should be fine.
