Hi Tom Do you have any idea if this i something that is on the way ? My users are using the polygons as input to other GP-services, but only when it's at a specific size and length. And if it's possible, an export as shapefile, GeoJson or something like that 🙂 Thanks Mads

Hi I've just updated my Pro to 2.4 and now i'm running into this problem, this is just a little example, my big tools are doing the same. I've created a FME workspace containing a creator and an emailer, nothing else. When running from FME it runs smoothly, but when I'm making a ETL tool in a Toolbox in ArcGIS Pro, and try to run this tool from python, it fails. This is the python script: import sys, arcpy try: default_path = os.path.dirname(os.path.realpath(__file__)) print(default_path) # arcpy.ImportToolbox(os.path.join(default_path, 'WFStools.tbx')) arcpy.ImportToolbox(os.path.join(default_path, 'TestTools.tbx')) # tools = arcpy.ListTools('*_WFStools') # tools = arcpy.ListTools('*_TestTools') # for tool in tools: # print(arcpy.Usage(tool)) arcpy.emailer_TestTools() except arcpy.ExecuteError: print(arcpy.GetMessages()) # Handle the code somehow except Exception: e = sys.exc_info()[1] print(e.args[0]) arcpy.AddError(e.args[0]) And this is the error I'm getting runfile('C:/ArcGIS Projects/wfs_project/test.py', wdir='C:/ArcGIS Projects/wfs_project') Reloaded modules: arcpy, arcpy.geoprocessing, arcpy.geoprocessing._base, arcpy.toolbox, arcpy.ddd, arcpy.arcobjects, arcpy.arcobjects._base, arcpy.arcobjects.arcobjectconversion, arcpy.arcobjects.arcobjects, arcpy.arcobjects.mixins, arcpy.arcobjects.geometries, arcpy._mp, arcpy.pdfdocument, arcpy.utils, arcpy._symbology, arcpy._renderer, arcpy._colorizer, arcpy.reviewer, arcpy.agolservices, arcpy.analysis, arcpy.aviation, arcpy.ba, arcpy.cartography, arcpy.conversion, arcpy.edit, arcpy.ga, arcpy._ga, arcpy._base, arcpy.gapro, arcpy.geoanalytics, arcpy.geocoding, arcpy.locref, arcpy.lr, arcpy.management, arcpy.maritime, arcpy.md, arcpy.na, arcpy._na, arcpy._na._solvers, arcpy._na._sas, arcpy._na._rs, arcpy._na._odcms, arcpy._na._vrps, arcpy._na._cfs, arcpy._na._las, arcpy._na._nds, arcpy.parcel, arcpy.ra, arcpy.server, arcpy.sfa, arcpy.stats, arcpy.stpm, arcpy.td, arcpy.topographic, arcpy.un, arcpy.wmx, arcpy._wmx, arcpy.interop, arcpy.da, arcpy.mp, arcpy.sharing, arcpy._chart, arcpy.nax, arcpy.sa, arcpy.sa.Raster, arcpy.sa.Utils, arcpy.sa.Functions, arcpy.sa.ParameterClasses, arcpy.sa.CompoundParameter, arcpy.ia, arcpy.ia.Functions, arcpy.ia._ia, arcpy.time, arcpy.cmanagers, arcpy.cmanagers.EnvManager, arcpy.toolbox_code C:\ArcGIS Projects\wfs_project Start Time: 16. juli 2019 14:03:34 FME 2019.0.0.0 (20190328 - Build 19238 - WIN64) Data Interoperability (node locked-crc) Permanent License. Can anyone help, my last solution is to downgrade to ArcGIS Pro 2.3.3 again

Hi As of now when you share a page in Insights it takes a snapshot of the data used in that page. Is there any plan for changing that ? cause we are using shared pages in a Web Mapping Application (Map Series), but every time the data is updated we have to share a new page and change the ID in setup in the Application. Or are there another way to do this ? can you deeplink down to a page in a workbook ? so we don't have to share and update almost every week Hope you can help.

Hi We are having som issues with the y-axis The first is the missing ability to alter the visibility of if, let's say we have a graph showing numbers between 90 and 100, we would like to change the y-axis so it shows numbers between 85 and 105 ie 5 below the lowest value and 5 above the highest value in the table The second is the labeling of the y-axis sometimes the labels is overlapping the first column so the numbers is hard to read, it would be great if we could set some kind of space in between the labels and the first column (see attached image)

I know that, but how do I install those modules on the server, and witch server ? My configuration is Server1 - portal Server2 - arcgis server as Federated server Server3 - datastore Now that I'm developing in Python 3.x I would like for the server to run Python 3.x so I don't have any trouble with unicode characters ect.

Hi I'm starting to develop som geoprocessing tools in ArcGIS Pro using some third party python modules, but even with the simpliest of tools it fails to run from Portal Sample code import arcpy
import openpyxl
class Toolbox(object):
def __init__(self):
"""Define the toolbox (the name of the toolbox is the name of the
.pyt file)."""
self.label = "Toolbox"
self.alias = ""
# List of tool classes associated with this toolbox
self.tools = [Tool]
class Tool(object):
def __init__(self):
"""Define the tool (tool name is the name of the class)."""
self.label = "Tool"
self.description = ""
self.canRunInBackground = False
def getParameterInfo(self):
"""Define parameter definitions"""
param0 = arcpy.Parameter(
displayName="Input Features",
name="in_features",
datatype="GPString",
parameterType="Required",
direction="Input")
param0.filter.type = "ValueList"
param0.filter.list = ['test1','test2']
param1 = arcpy.Parameter(
displayName="Label",
name = "LabelTest",
datatype="GPString",
parameterType="Optional",
direction="Input"
)
params = [param0, param1]
return params
def isLicensed(self):
"""Set whether tool is licensed to execute."""
return True
def updateParameters(self, parameters):
"""Modify the values and properties of parameters before internal
validation is performed. This method is called whenever a parameter
has been changed."""
parameters[1].value = parameters[0].value
return
def updateMessages(self, parameters):
"""Modify the messages created by internal validation for each tool
parameter. This method is called after internal validation."""
return
def execute(self, parameters, messages):
"""The source code of the tool."""
returnVal = parameters[0].value + ' TEST ' + parameters[1].value
arcpy.AddWarning(returnVal)
return
If I run this from Pro theres no problem and I can publish it as a webtool, no problem But when I want to run it from portal i fails, unless I publis it without the import openpyxl line So how do I get portal to use third party python modules like openpyxl ?

I'm missing the ability to turn on/off layers in the dispatcher map, so you can have more layers related to different types of tasks and turn them on/off as needed. Some other things assign multiple workers on a task workers can see unassigned tasks, and "grab" them as assignment workers can see other workers tasks, and where other workers are an option for workers to attach an image to a task, so the dispatcher can see and consider what to do next the ability for the dispatcher to write in notes, so dispatcher and worker can have a dialog
