Hi Ismael and team, I have a customer who has raised an issue with the latest release of Survey123. They are receiving the following error when creating a Feature Report The report has been working fine until the latest release. The field this error is referencing is a hidden field on the left hand side of the table. It appears that it errors on all of the fields. Thanks for the update James, appreciate it. We have a number of forestry customers that have Enterprise and a requirement for Word / PDF copies of their surveys, the Feature Report functionality is an ideal fit. If there is a way that we could use this via proxied URL's we would be really interested. Regards Jamie

Thanks for this Steven, Issue we have is that we want the maps and data to be private. We want the customer to go straight to the Site and then login using a built in account and have the maps etc show without having to log in to the respective maps. So I guess it isn't possible unless the services are Public? Cheers Jamie

Hi James, Thanks for the reply, I have verified the connection back to Enterprise, green tick comes up to say it is OK. I have tried creating a brand new one as well. Have gone through the app ID process following the steps but I keep getting the Invalid token message. I have had one of my customers also have the same issue. Maybe something I am missing? Hi there, We have been testing and using Integromat extensively with ArcGIS Enterprise. With the release of the updated 'Create Feature Report' we continually get an Invalid Token 498 message This was working about a month ago with no issue, now we can't get past this message. We have tried surveys with Hosted Feature Services, services coming directly from server. We have followed the instructions on the Early Adopter site, registered the app within Enterprise etc but still no further. Works perfectly with ArcGIS Online. As you can see above the connection to Enterprise is being made as I can select the survey, it is the error message after, not sure what it is expecting to see. We have a number of customers wanting to use this service, would be great to get this resolved, any help or guidance appreciated. Regards Jamie

Hi Phil. I am getting the same error above when connecting to ArcGIS Enterprise, if I use a Webhook it seems to be OK, should the Connector in Integromat auto update to the latest version? Also is there any information around the Create Feature Report Action? I can see the Survey in the dropdown from my Enterprise list however when it tries to populate the feature service or the template I get a 498 Invalid Token error. I have managed to get this to work manually and the job runs successfully however, i am struggling to download the resultant Word document. Is there another Action that i need to include in my scenario to download the document so i can email? Any help greatly appreciated Regards Jamie

Hi, I am having an issue with ArcGIS Enterprise Sites. The workflow I am using for my customer is that I am creating individual Sites for their customers to access data directly. I don't want them to log into the Enterprise Portal via the Home page. The URL they will go to will be something like https://mycompany.com/portal/apps/sites/#/test with test being the individual customer site. I don't want them to go to https://mycompany.com/portal/ In my Site I have a Web App (Web App Builder) that I shared with the customer group. I follow my URL and I get I sign in (in this case with my Portal Admin account) and my Site appears. However I also get a prompt to log into the Web App Not ideal as i have already signed in once and now i get prompted again. I have tried this in 10.6.1, 10.6.1 with the Sites patch applied and now in the 10.7 pre-release and i get the same behaviour across all three. Is it an allowed workflow to have a customer go straight to the Sites URL? If I go to the normal Enterprise home page and logon everything works as expected. Ideally i want the customer to go to their individual Site. It appears that the token is not being passed back to the application to allow it to be accessed. Sites can see that I am logged in but it is not recognising it when I try to view my Web App. My sites page will have a number of Web Apps.

Thanks for your help with this James and Stephen, this is exactly what the issue was. I followed the above documentation and it resolved the issue, the customer has been using Survey123 for a few weeks now and there are no further issues.

Hi Stephen, I think you might be right, i have tried a different Android device and going through a browser I am getting errors that the certificate is not trusted. I have found some documentation on the Comodo site which i am working through to see if this fixes it. Will let you know how it goes, really odd as we have been able to connect with some Android devices but not others. Regards Jamie

Hi James, Thanks for the reply. We have tried both on the internal wifi network and also on the 4G cellular network (there is no VPN). Have test and we are able to connect to the Enterprise Portal via a browser on the Android device, timezone is all correct and date / time is all correct. So it appears something to do with connecting via Survey123 to the Portal only. Have tested with Explorer and that is working correctly too. Cheers Jamie

We have deployed ArcGIS Enterprise 10.6.1 into a customer site, along with Enterprise there is a separate machine running a Portal Web Adaptor. However when trying to connect to Survey123 in Enterprise using an Android device users are receiving a "SSL handshake failed (6) error. It appears that it might be some sort of certificate issue. The customer has a valid COMODO issued certificate and there is no issue when connecting via an iOS device. We have checked that the certificates have been imported into the various servers, all appears to be correct. Have also updated to the latest version of the app (3.0.149) Is there anything else to check? Any assistance or ideas appreciated.

We struck a similar issue recently, we found that a new domain had been added to the feature service, however it didn't have a name (it was added through the ArcGIS Solutions add in which is in ArcGI Pro) it allowed the user to add a new domain but naming the domain was optional. We had a script to download the feature class every hour and it started failing with the messages above. We found the domain in question, gave it a name and we were able to to download again. Might be related to your issue, as James says above I don't think it would be related to allowUpdates, but within the feature service itself.

Hi Scott, Appears that the username is case sensitive when using this script. Double check and make sure that the username you are using in the tool is exactly the same as it appears in ArcGIS Online. Cheers Jamie
