@GisMan , please check if user that is running agent is a member of Performance Monitor Users groups. If not, add to this group. The new local agent simplifies the following 2023 requirement; however, it still needs to be a member of the above group. We'll update 2024 doc to clarify it. Register Windows hosts—ArcGIS Monitor | Documentation The user account that you use to register the Windows host must be part of the Remote Management Users and Performance Monitor Users groups

To be specific, it is a time when this service component was registered with ArcGIS Monitor. In many cases, it could be a good indicator of when service was created, except when you initially register ArcGIS Server. Also, note, you would not be able to answer this question when service is deleted. In other words, when a service is deleted in ArcGIS Server, it will be deleted from ArcGIS monitor (no archiving capabilities in monitor)

@MarieCline_Delgado this error implies HTTPConnection time out. This might potentially indicate a problem with changing arcsoc instances and restarting this particular service. To prove this hypothesis, try to change it manually. If there is problem, you can exclude this from ArcSOC Optimizer and try to run again.

@NaveenK , to add to @DerekLaw , note the difference between Metrics reference—ArcGIS Monitor | Documentation Process instances, which is the number of arcsoc.exe running at the collection time (e.g. every 1 min): and ArcGIS Service Instances used, which is an average over collection interval, e.g. 5 min. It is expected these numbers will be different.

@BenClark , your observation might be correct that page file utilization is related to process crash. It is not unusual that page file utilization will be high even if you have available RAM. In that case, the key is to size page file correctly first, before you consider adding RAM, @MarceloMarques , see Introduction to the page file - Windows Client | Microsoft Learn, Support for system crash dumps Page files can be used to "back" (or support) system crash dumps and extend how much system-committed memory (also known as "virtual memory") a system can support. For more information about system crash dumps, see system crash dump options.

try to 1. in commend line, cd to the folder where you have ExcelReport, e.g. "C:\Users\smccarth\OneDrive - Williams\Desktop\ESRI\ArcGIS Monitor\Excel\Report\ExcelReport\dist" 2. execute ExcelReport.exe" -f SampleConfig.json But this should also work "C:\Users\smccarth\OneDrive - Williams\Desktop\ESRI\ArcGIS Monitor\Excel\Report\ExcelReport\dist\ExcelReport.exe" -f SampleConfig.json

@Brian_McLeer , to clarify, the connectivity has only 2 values: 100 and 0. That's what you would see when zoomed in to a raw data time span. When you zoom out beyond that, the default charts will show averages. So anything less than 100, indicates there was a connectivity 0 in this range. You can verify the duration by zooming in. You can fix that "averaging" impact by building analysis and selecting min, e.g. Solved: Analysis from ESRI Developer Summit 2024 - Esri Community

API documents will not be available in this upcoming 2024.0, but is planned for later this year. We'll share details later. I would not interpret disabling PSA recommendation because it is a security risk, see Disable the primary site administrator account—ArcGIS Server | Documentation for ArcGIS Enterprise. It is not a security risk per se. This recommendation reflects more of "least privilege access" principle. If you don't need two ways of admin access, disable it. But if you need to script admin functions or effective monitoring, need PSA.

Note, page file utilization is in reference to page file, not total virtual memory and is calculated as: Get-CimInstance Win32_PageFileUsage| Select-Object CurrentUsage / Page File size *100 So based on your original statement, "Currently, the pagefile is using approximately 4.5 - 5GB" and "System Information Page File space still showing ~4.75GB" 4.5/4.75*100=94%
