@ZachBodenner Here is more information for you, and anybody else who sees this, about the problem I've encountered. The issue involves adding an entire map service in Map Viewer, which then carries over to ExB.  And, grouped layers within the map service can cause problems.  I have a map service with 20 endpoints, including four separate layer groups.  If I reference one of these layers in Feature Info the widget does not open when you click a feature in that layer.  The irony is it always worked fine in Map Viewer Classic and Web AppBuilder using Robert_Scheitlin's Popup Panel widget.  If you add the individual REST endpoints in Map Viewer, and whether or not you group them, the Feature Info click loads the popup correctly in ExB. @ZhifangWang Thank you for the tip.  With the help of Support I was able to implement this in Connect and get the translation(s) to work. For others wanting this you for sure need to go log into Survey123 and select Organization > Settings > Extensions > turn on Enable the Survey123 assistant You may also need to log into ArcGIS Online and select Organization > Settings > AI Assistants > turn on 'Allow use of AI Assistants...'                 ... Unfortunately this app needs to be published before Developer 1.19 is released, so I have to just build all new in Develooper.  It won't take too long though but I really wish I would have done it all in Developer to start. Thanks for the suggestions. ... View more

Yes, that's exactly what I did.  Normally I just test things out in AGO, then build everything new in Developer.   I suppose I'll test out a new Developer app in a little bit and see if I can download it. ... View more

@JeffreyThompson2  Hmmm, I looked back at all the versions of ExB I've downloaded or used before (1.10, 1.11, 1.14 - 1.18) and none of them have the Master folder. This specific app is one I built in ArcGIS Online then imported into Developer.  (This was the first time I've tried that workflow).  Do you think there is a chance it's related to that? ... I ran that as an administrator and still failed.  I did notice this in the command prompt window. I don't recall ever deleting that folder and I don't see the same folder being in 1.17 or 1.16. ... View more

I just tried that again and it didn't work (again).  What's really odd too is when I disable the popup and try to click a feature, in this case an address point, the click somehow selects a polygon layer.  I don't have a popup configured for it, nor do I want the user to do anything with that layer other than visualize it. Just to be clear, you're able to disable the popup via Map widget > Options > Enable pop-up, add the Feature Info widget and configure it to load the AGOL popup on one or more layers, and click said feature(s) and see their popups displayed in Feature Info?   I am not using the Select widget in any way, are you?  ...
