I'm having the same problem - data filled out on mobile device, but is blank within record. Only happening on 5 of 50 fields. ESRI tech support not helping, going on a month of trying to figure this out.

Yes, location is not correct using the Web AppBuilder version, a few miles off. Strangely enough, GPS position is perfect when just using the webmap that the App contains.

Tried the web app - the tile service seems to load OK, but the GPS position is TOTALLY off, miles off. didn't change any coordinate systems or data, just published the existing webmap as an webapp. We have our online map linked via QR code too on a hundred trail signs, would have to change the URL if i used the app builder app.

Hello, We've had a publicly facing webmap for years that includes a tile service. We have a QR code on one of our maps, which the public scans and opens our map in a mobile browser. Problem is - the tile service fails at any time that the GPS button is employed. The map gets stuck on the current tile and will not load any other tiles. This happens on iPhones regardless of browser. Tried also on Android with the same result. Works fine on ipads since it opens in the AGOL mode, instead of the stripped down iphone mode. Our maps worked great for a few years, but this problem has been happening for a year or more now. Attached is a video showing this behavior (14mb). Also - i've tried it using different tile services to test, with the same result. Thanks for any ideas or help! Northstar CSD

Thanks a Ton Jeff for responding! I have been switched around a bunch with ESRI support, but today i this: "I did speak to a Senior analyst in Desktop who is an expert in Local Government models and also the Local Government Team You are right you should be able to re- path your data to the mxds without any issues or any drawing errors!" The analyst is now working with a copy of my LGIM database to see why i am getting this error. I'll post here when i find out the fix.

Thanks very much Anthony. Curious - where is the file "PopUpRendererSkin" and what kind of file type is it? Didn't see it on a search of my C drive.

How about a UNC path instead of a URL? (i.e. \\192.168.1.8\apn\etc) Works on other web based applications that i have (asset management system), but not in flex viewers. The link URL comes out as ttp://servername/flexviewers/Appname/\\192.168.1.8\apn\etc so that obviously doesn't work. Is there a way to not use the flex viewer's virtual directory and just use the UNC, the link opening locally? Thanks

The question to ask is not about the horizontal spacing but what is measured in the z direction. You may have 2 points that are 3.5 ft apart but the elevation difference is 2 ft. Or you may be contouring temperature values, what do you make the interval? -Steve Steve, i see that i was being ambiguous there... specifically i am looking to generate elevation contours. Points vary from inches up to a foot apart elevationally - so i'm thinking that i could do 1 foot contours? Thanks for the reply.

Hello, I have a LIDAR dataset with point spacing of 3.5 feet. What is realistically the highest resolution of elevation contour that i can generate with this data? I generated 1 foot contours, but am i interpolating too much by going finer than the source data? Should i stick to a minimum of 3.5 feet? Thank you!
