Good afternoon, Xuewen: Thank you for the response. I had our IT folks update my AG Earth to 1.9, and now it seems the basemaps work - they adjust resolution down to 1,000 foot eye level. Consider this issue resolved. Regards, Julie Eckman

Robert, I was wondering that also, but am sort of perplexed with the basemaps functioning normally in AGOL usage (such as Map View and Dashboard) and in ArcGIS Pro. Not sure if different portals are involved, but I will contact our IT folks. Thank you.

I want to use AG Earth (version 1.8) so I can provide a KMZ with a different basemap. Unfortunately, the basemap will not resolve when zooming in closer than the whole earth. When I open up the basemap icon, all of the basemap thumbnails are imbedded with an orange triangle containing an exclamation mark and I can't change the basemap. I signed into both my portal and AGOL accounts with the same result, and the basemaps function normally in AGOL and ArcGIS Pro. Has any one run across this problem? Thank you...

Yes, this time zone feature when pushing ArcPro data to AGOL or Portal is very frustrating. I have two relation tables for my feature class table and all have editor tracking so I can tell when something has been changed in the tables. I tried to define the times as Pacific (a while back - not sure if I defined the time while in ArcMap or Pro) and I thought the transfer process would take those Pacific time zones and convert to UTC. I too, don't need to worry about different time zones since we're all in the same zone. I created a work around by copying my tables and then removing the four editing tracker fields.

I agree about being able to pull in a web mapping app to the Op's Dashboard app. In the web mapping app I can add widgets such as a splash screen and it would be nice to have the dashboard consume it.

I would like an answer to this issue also. I have editor tracking enabled in my feature table and its two associated relation tables being used in ArcGIS Pro. Even though I set up the feature table's time with Pacific, I can't seem to do the same for the relation tables (no time available in their properties). I am trying to create a web map in either ArcGIS Online or in our own portal and I run into the same error which needs to be fixed before it can be shared as a web map. Removing the tracking fields is not an option.

Good morning, Derek, Thank you for your response - I am somewhat disappointed in not being able to add JavaScript conditional code. But, I did add it to the ideas area as you suggested. Have a good day! Julie Eckman

In Operations Dashboard, I would like the ability to add an "IF, THEN" condition to the Javascript within the source code section for the list element. I have several fields containing "Yes", "No", "Unknown", and some other attributes. For each record showing in the resulting list, I want to weed out the fields containing "No" attribute and show only the fields containing the other attributes to make the list an easier read for the users of this dashboard. A rough example would be: if({ClearLand} Not Equal to "No") {then show the field for the record).

Xander, thanks for adding to this thread - do you know what language is used for the source code for Dashboard's list element? I haven't looked at Arcade too much yet, so I am not familiar with its syntax, though after a quick glance, I think it's a cleaner version of HTML? Julie

I'm trying to figure out what is being used for the source code in the list section of the list element. I would like to try to add an "IF, ELSE" condition to the source code. I have several fields containing "Yes", "No", "Unknown", and some other attributes. For each record showing in the resulting list, I want to weed out the fields containing "No" attribute and show the fields containing the other attributes. Is it possible to add a condition within the source for the list (such as "IF {ClearLand} Not Equal to "No", then show the field for the record)? What is being used for the source code? Arcade, HTML, a hybrid? Regards, Julie Eckman, PLS
