I cannot change the structure of my data. And I am not going to fill a separate survey123 form for each topic. I've been able to configure link for the app. Link has become: arcgis-survey123://?itemID=XXXXXXXX&field:VlakID=1&center=9.999,9.999 but web version does not work.
