All my layers are failing to load with the error "An Error Occurred Loading This Layer" and "Failed to Fetch" Is anyone else having this issue?

I cant seem to add field workers to a partnered collaboration group. I get the attached error. Since the user is a field worker I can't change the role to allow them to join external groups. What user types are able to join partnered collaborations? Why are field workers unable to ? I think this would be beneficial for organizations that share data sets and maps with each other.

I created a new map in AGOL a long with a new point feature layer using the AGOL templates and I still can't download a map.

Can it have something to do with this? "We will be performing maintenance on our tilebasemaps systems between 8:00pm PST and 10:00pm PST on July 28th. While we don't anticipate any significant downtime, you may experience some minimal disruptions during this maintenance period." I have issues downloading new basemaps on collector classic for IOS. The error I get is "Could not connect to server" I am able to download the same maps using collector classic on android + the new versions of collector.

I am getting the error message: Could not Connect to the Server when downloading maps with a new base map. If I download a map with a base map that is already on the device the map successfully downloads. This is only happening on collector classic. Is there a way to list and/or modify filters applied to a feature layer within a web map using the ArcGIS API for Python?

The new workforce has no way for dispatchers to use their phone to assign jobs to workers. This is essential because my dispatchers are out in the field for most of the week. The old workforce didn't allow this either, however, the feature service allowed us to enter a worker ID in collector. The new feature service does not let you edit the worker id field in collector. Any suggestions/workarounds?

Collector keeps signing my users out when working offline. They are unable to sign back in because the don't have internet connection. Has anyone else been experiencing this?
