TXS for your remark! If loading can be faster by doing that it would be nice. I will try. The issue seems NOT related to the total number of associations, they indeed load slow but fine. But when Validating Topology on a part of the network that: 1: Connects to associations with many (max 500) associations to 1 junction and/or 2: Connect to associations to/from junctions that are also pointerrors (stacked points). and/or 3: Connect to part of the network that contains 1000+ errors.

Has anyone been able to load 1.5 million+ associations? In an Enterprise Geodatabase it is possible to do ApplyAssetPackage and EnableTopology. But ValidateTopology crashes when edits are made that are connected to the existing network. In an UNM FileGeodatabase ArcGIS Pro crashes, also when called from a python script. Datasets with a maximum of 50000 associations seem to work fine. We tested with Pro 2.4.3 with ArcGIS Enterprise 10.8.0 and Pro 2.5.2 with ArcGIS Enterprise 10.7.1 Any ideas on this? Kind regards, Maarten Tromp

Hi James, In the Survey123 logfile I see 1 reference to the Utility Network Service (leyer 11) and then a "TypeError": <15>1 2019-12-02T15:46:22Z C21993 Survey123forArcGIS 42544 - [AppStudio@11205 category="XFormFeatureService" function="getNext" filename="XFormFeatureService.qml" line="1024"] XFormFeatureService: Requesting layerInfo: https://<SERVERNAME>server/rest/services/<FOLDERNAME>/<SERVICEAME>/FeatureServer/11 <12>1 2019-12-02T15:46:22Z C21993 Survey123forArcGIS 42544 - [AppStudio@11205 category="default" filename="XFormFeatureService.qml" line="1045"] qrc:/qml/XForms/XFormFeatureService.qml:1045: TypeError: Value is null and could not be converted to an object Attached you can found the logfile

Hi James, Thanks for the response! The layers in the UNM service all have supportsApplyEditsWithGlobalIDs set to true. The Utility Network layer is like a grouplayer with sublayers for the point, Line and Polygon Errors and Dirty area's. These sublayers have supportsApplyEditsWithGlobalIDs = true. The Utility Network Layers does not have that property. An esri sample service is available online to check the properties: https://sampleserver7.arcgisonline.com/arcgis/rest/services/UtilityNetwork/NapervilleElectric/FeatureServer Regards, Maarten

Hi, I am not able to use Survey123 to collect related records (inspections) when the Utility Network Layers is part of the FeatureService. When I configure the Survey against a FeatureService without the Utility Network Layer the Survey works OK. The new Collector for ArcGIS on iOS and the SmartEdit widget in WAB work also. In attached screenshot you can see the Survey "hangs" on the "Water Utility Network" layer. The other screenshot shows the form_id and submission_url. The submission_url references a featureservice referencing the UNM layer. Any suggestions on how to solve this? Regards, Maarten Tromp

I have to record the speed of the Collector for ArcGIS user. According to the documention there is NMEA support for "VTG: Course over ground and ground speed". See: GPS receiver support—Collector for ArcGIS | ArcGIS If so, how can I capture the speed information? Is there a fieldname-specification (like e.g. ESRIGNSS_AVG_H_RMS) available to store VTG information just like there is for GNSS described here: Record GPS metadata—Collector for ArcGIS | ArcGIS Regards, Maarten Tromp

I have an input connector looking at new XML-files in a shared folder. Everything works fine if the order in which the new XML files arrive in the folder is correct. The XML file contains the parameters ID (INT), value (String) and ChangeDate (Date). In the output connector I update features in a featureservice. Depending on connectivity of the fieldworkers the latest XML-file does not necessarily have the latest Value of the asset. Is there a way to make sure the Value field is only updated when the ChangeDate of the incoming event is after the existing ChangeDate of the existing feature? I tried using the tags TIME_START and TIME_END on the ChangedDate Filed in the geoeventdefinitions of input- and output-connectors, but that did not force the required behavior. A solution might be to join the incoming event with existing features and compare the Date in the event with the existing date. Any suggestions? Thank for your help! Regards, Maarten Tromp

Old Thread, but I have seen this behavior with PI-Integrator streamservices. What you might try is to change 1 character in the GUID in the pi-integrator URL. After testing the URL in a browser the response of that same URL (with the same GUID) in another client is often/always(?) an empty list. You can also try changing 1 character in the ID value of the parameters. Regards, Maarten Tromp

I have an issues with an "Update a Feature" outputconnector. The database-table is each night refreshed, causing OBJECTID numbers to change. This results in updates on the wrong features, probably caused by this internal GeoEvent Cache containing a Mapping of TRACK_ID and corresponding OBJECTID. Question is how to clear this cache, preferable for this specific output?

Hi, It looks like the extra quotes and missing closing vertices is not an issue because the polygons appear in the Hosted FeatureService correctly. In Notepad++ the correct result is created by using this RegEx to Search: ([0-9]+\.[0-9]+?),([0-9]+(\.[0-9]+)?) And then this to replace: \2,\1 But how to get this to work in the Processor "Field Calculator (Regular Expression)"? Found it out myself by using the "Field Calculator" Processor and use this as expression: replaceAll(polygonString2,'([0-9]+\.[0-9]+?),([0-9]+(\.[0-9]+)?)','$2,$1') Regards, Maarten Tromp
